As per the guidelines of UGC and the Supreme Court an Anti-Sexual Harassment Committee has been established by the college to provide a healthy atmosphere to the students of the college. Anti Sexual Harassment Committee deals with issues relating to sexual harassment. The committee is formed to prevent sexual assault, rape and other related crimes on girl students.
Goal : Prevention of sexual harassment to ensure safe environment for girl students for the studies.
The main objectives of the Grievance Redressal Cell are:
The Grievance Redressal Cell has been developed to settle the grievances of the students, Faculty and other stakeholders within a reasonable time period for further strengthening the bond & trust of the students with the institution & its management.
- To provide students, faculty and other stake holder immediate access to hassle free resource to have their grievances redressed.
- To conduct meetings periodically and take steps to redress the grievances.
- To mediate between complainant & defendant against whom the complaint has been made if required.
- To give report to the authority about the cases attended and seek immediate guidance from the higher authorities if required.
